I find it interesting that what were once signs of Olivia's teething are no longer detected and we now have an entire new set of signs to indicate that Olivia will soon become a possessed demon. The give away now is that her chunky cheeks become flaming red and look chapped. I realized that her cheeks looked that way when she was getting her new molars in a couple of weeks ago, but didn't think much of it. However, I was not anticipating that she would be getting her SECOND set of all 4 molars in so quickly following the first set of 4. Saturday she would not take a nap to save her life and just before we left for her overnight (I still hear the angels singing) with Grandma and Pop Pop I noticed that her cheeks were red and chapped again, which made me start wondering. That was at 4:00 p.m. By 6:05 p.m. my mom had called and talked to Chuck (I was a little out of it with the 2 glasses of wine I drank - yes only 2) to tell him that Olivia had been sobbing since we left. She couldn't eat her grilled cheese because it hurt her poor little mouth so bad. So, she was given ora gel and Tylenol and by the time I called back to check on her around 7:00ish all was good. The next day she had a couple new teeth and was still a little crabby Sunday and Mondy.
Let's see, Olivia can now say mama, daddy, pup (or puppy), Do Do, Pop (my dad's name), hi, bye, up, down, turtle, no no, Bob (her stuffed bear that she sleeps with), love you, night night, and num num (that's what we call food). Pretty impressive for a 13 month old who should be averaging 2-3 words at this time. Olivia also knows the sign for more in sign language, as well as the sign for puppy. When I ask her what a puppy does she makes a panting sound (that's the sign). I am also trying to teach her what a lion sounds like and she will roar back to me when I roar. However, it has dawned on me that she has no clue what a lion is, since she may have seen a picture of one once. Hmm.
She is now eating Kim's wooden end tables. I don't know about that kid.

She is getting SO big! I need to see her soon to know what I'm getting myself into. Haha.
I find it absolutely hilarious that you called her visit with Grandma her "overnight". That's too funny.
